Who we are

Sippir ("we", "us") operates a cafe loyalty platform in Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal data.

Data we collect

Customers: phone number, name, city, visit history, device identifiers for fraud prevention.
Cafe owners: name, email, cafe details, billing information.
Technical: logs, cookies for authentication, analytics in aggregate form.

To operate loyalty stamps, send OTP and campaign messages, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal data. Cafes see their own customers. We use processors (hosting, WhatsApp API, payment) under contract.
